Best for: Cold brew concentrate, flash brew over ice, or iced latte base

Brewing:

• Cold Brew (12–18 hrs): 1:4 coffee to water for concentrate, then cut 1:1 with water or milk

• Flash Brew: brew hot at normal strength directly over ice (50% brew water, 50% ice)

• Iced Latte: pull double shot or strong concentrate, pour over ice, finish with milk
