want you to be hauntingly happy with your order. Here’s how it works:
- Coffee: Since it’s perishable and roasted to order, we can’t take returns on opened bags (no one wants secondhand beans).
- Damaged Orders: If your package shows up looking like it crawled out of a grave, email us with a pic and we’ll make it right.
- Wrong Item: If we accidentally sent you the wrong thing (hey, even skeleton crews slip up), we’ll fix it fast.
- Subscriptions: Cancel anytime. If you forget and an order ships, that one’s yours—but the next one won’t go out.
